Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GutCheck AI. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information when registering
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share your account with others

Subscription and Billing

GutCheck AI offers a monthly subscription at $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play
Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Free trial converts to paid subscription automatically unless canceled before the trial ends

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers
Misrepresent your identity or submit false information
Circumvent subscription or payment requirements

AI-Generated Content

GutCheck AI uses artificial intelligence to generate gut health scores and personalized insights based on your logged data. These insights are for informational and wellness purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and may vary. AI-generated recommendations do not replace professional medical advice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in GutCheck AI — including AI-generated insights, text, graphics, and code — are owned by ClearPass Technologies, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GutCheck AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated gut health insights will achieve any particular wellness result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPass Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
