Delete Your Account — GutCheck AI

GutCheck AI, operated by ClearPass Technologies, LLC, lets you permanently delete your account and associated GutCheck app data from inside the app. You may also request deletion by email.

Delete from the app

Open GutCheck AI on your iPhone or Android device.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings.
Under Account, select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

The authenticated deletion request removes the account that is signed in; it cannot be used to delete another user’s account.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@gutcheckai.io from the email address associated with your GutCheck account. Use the subject GutCheck AI account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your GutCheck authentication account and profile.
Your gut logs, check-ins, notes, meals, symptoms, and saved wellness observations.
Private photos stored for your GutCheck entries.
GutCheck AI consent records and AI-processing job records associated with your account.
GutCheck subscription-entitlement records and related entitlement event records maintained by the app.

What may be retained

Active account data is removed through GutCheck’s deletion process. Limited security, legal, transaction, and backup records may remain for the period reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or complete the normal lifecycle of secure backups, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your GutCheck account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel that subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
